Heritage Collision earns a Basic certification first, then adds tiers on top of it: an Internal Combustion Engine Specialty tier, a Battery Electric Vehicle Basic tier, and a Fleet tier. A body shop that only holds the Basic tier is not equipped the same way as one that earned BEV certification, and most never know that distinction exists at all.
Heritage Collision is audited by a third-party GM uses to verify certified body shops. During an audit, GM gives a body shop 60 days to resolve an issue or lose its certification.

Recalibrating your GM vehicle: Does it have Super Cruise®?
Whether your vehicle carries Super Cruise®, standard adaptive driver assistance, or both, the recalibration procedure differs, and we know just what to do.
