Certified centers are Lexus dealer-owned facilities following Lexus program standards directly. Authorized centers are independent facilities, like Heritage Collision, with an established, standards-compliant relationship with a local Lexus dealership. 

Both use Lexus Genuine Parts and factory-trained technicians.
